Application Process
Thank you for your interest in becoming a part of the John O’Daniel Exchange. We are excited about our new tenant community. We have started this business to serve our community and help the city to reinvest in both for-profit and nonprofit businesses. To be considered a part of our growing community, we ask you to complete this Financial Application. It will give us an opportunity to know more about who you are, what you do, and how we can best serve you and your organization.
We understand that potential tenants may just want office space, and that is important. However, in our entrepreneurial journey we have found that our greatest joys and failures have come from our relationships with others. One of the keys to success for Carpe Diem, for example, has been that we have mutually defined our expectations with our clients, so we both can navigate the bumps along the way to mutual success. By completing this Financial Application we can both determine if you and your business are a good fit into our social entrepreneurship community.
There are several parts to this application process. First, please download and complete the application. It consists of:
- Financial Application
- Provide your business plan — if not available, please complete the next set of questions that a business plan might address
- Provide your marketing materials
- Your application signature
After completing your Financial Application, we will perform some financial due diligence and schedule a final interview and discussion about our social entrepreneurial environment we are building at 801 Gilbert Street.
